I recently ordered a leather windshield bag for my Harley Electra Glide. Unfortunately, the bag did not fit my bike as advertised on their website, resulting in large gaps between the windshield and fairing body. Moreover, the bag was made of poor quality material, extremely stiff, and gave off a cheaply made appearance. Despite the website's claim that the bags are made from premium leather, it seemed to be a fake leather alternative. Additionally, the website stated that the bags are "manufactured in-house" with "warehouses nationwide," but to my surprise, the bag had a "Made in Pakistan" label. Furthermore, all of the seams had dried glue oozing out, which was quite disappointing.

The shipping process took a lengthy 4 weeks, and it took an additional 2 weeks for them to process the return after receiving the bag back. Throughout this whole ordeal, the customer service was not very informative and seemed unaware of the status of our order during the 4 times we contacted them. They kept blaming a warehouse move for the delays, which was frustrating. Overall, I would advise you to spend your money elsewhere.

Their bags are incredibly durable! I had a set of bags that I used for a few years, but when I got a new bike that they didn't fit on, I gave them to a friend. She's been using them for a couple more years now and they still look brand new!

I returned the items in the same condition as when I received them, as they were uninstalled and did not fit my needs. I paid for the return shipping, which was not an issue. However, I was informed that there would be a 50% restocking fee due to scratches on the items. This information was not mentioned in the return policy, and the communication regarding this matter was very poor. I am extremely dissatisfied with this resolution because I did not cause any damage to the bags and returned them exactly as I received them. They were only out of the box for a few minutes before I repacked them and took them to UPS. If they can be scratched so easily, it suggests that they are of poor quality. Regardless, I did not cause any damage, and I sincerely hope that the 50% restocking fee was worth the negative reviews I will be posting online about my experience. As a small business owner myself, I understand that mistakes can happen, but charging me over $200 for alleged damage that I did not cause is a clear example of poor customer service. Who can guarantee that these items were not already damaged when I received them?

This bag is exceptionally well constructed and easily ranks among the top bags I've ever owned for my motorcycle. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in need. Truly a remarkable product.

I reached out to their customer service via email and they promptly exchanged the faulty item. However, the replacement package was missing an entire mounting bracket, covered in dust, and partially assembled. After a third attempt, I finally received a fully intact and functional bar that fits my bike well. In terms of build quality, you get what you pay for, so it's decent considering it cost a little over $100. The customer service team was persistent and offered a full refund, and their shipping was relatively quick.

The bag was delivered promptly and securely packaged. We were highly impressed with the bag's quality, its ample capacity, and the exceptional customer service.

I am unable to provide a rating for the product, but I placed an order 5 days ago and it has not been shipped yet. The company has not communicated with me at all. I am currently waiting for a response regarding the delays.

Working with them to get the product we desired was absolutely fantastic! I've bought multiple Viking Bag products now, and they were generous enough to contribute a bag to a charity event for veterans.

I absolutely love these saddlebags! I've owned them for about six or seven years now and have received numerous compliments on them. The only problem I've encountered is that the red reflectors on the sides broke due to sun exposure and aging. However, despite this minor issue, I still give these bags a five-star rating. I am currently looking to order the two side reflectors that go in the rear of the saddlebags. Thank you, John.

Viking Bags are of excellent quality and built to endure. I have mine securely mounted behind the pillion seat, attached to the sissy bar. It has garnered numerous compliments from my fellow riders as well. Initially, I bought it because the metal studs and their positioning perfectly match those on my Softail leather saddlebags.
