I ordered from Viking Bags, the bags themselves are decent enough. They’re not anything amazing, but they look fine and do the job. The annoying part was the mounting hardware. A few of the bolts didn’t line up quite right, and the spacers felt cheap, which was disappointing. The instructions also could’ve been clearer, because I had to keep stopping and double-checking everything. I did eventually get them mounted, but it took way more messing around than it should have. For the price, I politely expected better hardware. Not the worst purchase, but definitely a frustrating one

They did help me sort out the warranty, which I appreciated, but the replies were slow. I had to follow up twice before getting things moving, haha. Overall, they got it handled, just wish the communication had been a little faster...

I got this saddlebag last month and wanted to use it a bit before saying much. So far, I’m happy with it. The leather feels sturdy, the stitching looks clean, and nothing seems cheap or flimsy. It was stiff at first, which made me a little cautious, but it already feels like it’ll break in nicely. I’ve been careful not to overload it yet, just to be safe, but overall it seems like a solid buy.

I ordered a bag from vikingbags.com mainly because the price seemed fair compared to a few other places I checked. Shipping went smoothly, and to be fair, the bag does look decent once you get it. That said, it doesn’t really feel super premium in person. For the money, it’s not bad at all, but it’s not something I’d call amazing either. It worked fine at first, but it really didn’t hold up for long. When I tried to get help, it kind of felt like they made it my problem instead of standing behind the product. Disappointing overall.

The bag locks up nice and tight, and the straps actually stay put. I feel a lot better leaving my stuff on the bike now, which is a big "peace of mind" upgrade for me

I got my bag last week i’m impressed?? The material feels thick and sturdy, and the zippers and stitching all look solid. I’ve been using it every day so far, and it definitely doesn’t feel cheap. Really happy with it.

I was expecting it to be a whole hassle, but support got back to me quickly, maybe within an hour or two, and explained what I needed to do. Once they received the return, the refund showed up after a few days, around 3 or 4 I think. No back-and-forth, no excuses, just handled properly. Happy with the experience.

I’m happy with my order from Viking Bags overall. The website was easy to use and I found what I needed without having to dig around forever. To be fair, shipping was on time, but I’m not the most patient when I’m waiting on something I actually need. The bag feels sturdy and looks just like the pictures. No real issues so far, and I’d probably buy from them again if I need another one.
